What are you doing to ensure safety during the COVID-19 crisis?We are committed to the health and safety of our clients and team members. We have implemented rigorous sanitation practices and air purification. These include and are not limited to: high grade air purifiers in each room with regular filter change, hospital grade cleaning products, high quality laundry sanitation, regular hand washing and sanitizing, and health screening. If you are concerned about safety and sanitation procedures, please contact us for information. We are committed to your safety and comfort.

Are your cleaning products effective against Coronavirus?We have chosen a disinfectant that is a hospital-grade, EPA registered product. It is approved to kill viruses (including Coronavirus) in one minute. It kills Hepatitis B & C, Influenza, Herpes, and meets OSHA Blood borne Pathogen Standards. It is not irritating to skin or eyes and is completely biodegradable. It is approved for use on many types of surfaces. All team members will be trained on the proper use of disinfectant products and how to use them according to health standards. Spa rooms will completely and thoroughly sanitized in between each client. Waiting areas will be sanitized frequently as well.

Is insurance accepted for massage therapy services?We are not currently accepting any new clients with medical insurance. We are accepting PIP (auto injury) claims.

Do you offer couple's massage options?Our rooms have only one massage bed. However, we will work with you to schedule a massage for you and your partner or friend at the same time. We also offer a couple's massage class. Call us and we will try our best to acommodate you!

Do I have to schedule with the same massage therapist each time?You have the option to see any massage therapist at any time. Some clients prefer to schedule with the same therapist, while others schedule with different therapists or the first available therapist.

What types of massage products are used during treatment?We offer several options for massage treatment. Depending on your goals, your therapist may use lotion, oil, aromatherapy, or muscle and joint products. Please alert your treatment provider if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or preferences for product use. Most products are organic, paraben free, fragrance free, nut oil free, gluten free, and vegan friendly.

Do I have to do both psychotherapy and massage treatment to be a client at the center?Absolutely not! You can seek any combination of massage treatment, psychotherapy treatment, nutrition therapy services, and medication management. You decide which treatment is best for you.

I'm uncomfortable removing my clothing for massage. What are my options?There are no requirements for removal of clothing. Please inform your massage therapist of your preferences. Our massage therapists are trained in various massage and stretching modalities that do not require clothing removal. Your comfort is our main priority!

Do you offer refunds?Bloom & Blossom Wellness Spa is a service-based business and cannot offer refunds for treatment services, gift cards, retail items, or membership fees. However, please inform us if you are unhappy with your treatment or purchased product. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Are walk-in appointments available?All massage and psychotherapy services are provided by appointment only. Same day appointments may be available for massage therapy and psychotherapy, so please check our online scheduler or contact us to inquire about openings.

Do you provide treatment for clients under age 18?Yes! We see clients age 4 and up. Massage treatment for children and teens is a great way to help with sports injuries, auto accidents, growing pains, anxiety, and many other needs! Call us today if you'd like to learn more about these services.
